BTW’s team operate within a robust Health & Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ) Management System and a proactive and professional culture which recognises HSEQ as a core component of our industry-leading business.
Led by a dedicated team of BTW Directors and HSEQ Manager, BTW systems are ‘live’, continually evolving to align with industry and regulatory standards and are certified to ISO Standards:
- Quality Management – AS/NZS ISO 9001
- Health & Safety – AS/NZS 45001
(As assessed by TELARC – New Zealand’s leading ISO Standard Certification and Registration Authority.)
Our Quality Management System provides the framework and controls to help us deliver quality, fit for purpose products and services, whilst continually analysing and improving.
Checks, balances and peer reviews are employed before any work leaves the building to go to our clients.

To keep pace with the rapidly evolving technology, legislation and technical codes under which we operate in our fields of work, our staff undergo continuous training and development programmes, and we encourage sharing of knowledge within our teams.
We maintain our position as a leader in technology by continually investing in the latest instrumentation, software and hardware. The time and resources we’ve invested in our proprietary project and land management systems — DataPoint and Llama — have allowed us to create practical applications that add value to our clients’ businesses.
