BTW Company recently had the pleasure of hosting the He Toronga Pakihi ki Taranaki hui. The hui had an environmental and indigenous tourism theme and was attended by a number of business leaders within the Taranaki community. BTW’s Director Planning and Environment Cam Twigley gave a presentation on the Ko Ngā Kowhitiwhiti project where BTW Environmental Scientists partnered with Otaraua and Manukorihi Hapū and Waitara High School to investigate stream and watercress health. Cam provided a summary of funding available for environmental projects and tips on preparing funding applications and delivering successful projects.
