Management Plans

As we all work to improve our environmental performance, achieving and maintaining environmental compliance has become an increasingly integral part of operating a business. The objective of our environmental compliance and management plans are to build on the front-end work of our Planning team, who have helped our clients gain resource consent for their projects.

We can assist you in writing a management plan that works for you, and addresses any environmental conditions included in your consent, such as erosion sediment control, stormwater discharge or soil contamination, etc.

Once implemented, our Environmental Services team put boots on the ground to provide ongoing compliance management during and post construction to help you meet your obligations under the Resource Management Act.

At BTW, we work closely with council’s and other regulators through open consultation and collaboration. This helps clients avoid risk and build strong community relationships by showing they are proactive in achieving their environmental responsibilities.
